We are sized for the work most large shops decline: single prototypes, first articles, and batches in the tens to low hundreds — with the same documented process either way.

  1. 01 Drawing review and manufacturability feedback before we quote.
  2. 02 Programming, fixture design and tooling selected per material.
  3. 03 First Article machined and measured on the CMM, report issued.
  4. 04 Batch released against the frozen process, with in-process checks.
